Stirrups
At VIAL Frères, we can provide you with stirrups from Ø8 to Ø80 up to a maximum of 6,000 mm (to be validated according to the diameters)
As for compliance with standards, this will be done according to plans.
Our stirrups can be made from mild steel through all quality classes : 4.6, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9 up to class 12.9, B7, B7M, L7, L7M…
Our pitch threads according to different standards (ISO, UNF, UN, WHITWORTH, BSW) can be fine pitch or standard pitch, or non-standard pitch. The heat treatment can be carried out internally for small batches and subcontracted to recognized specialists. It is done according to the requirements of the ISO 898 standards.
Our parts can be raw or coated.
– Galvanization (from Ø8 and up to 3000 mm)
– Lamellar zinc plating or bichromated zinc plating
– Phosphating
– Burnishing
– Cadmium plating
To obtain surface hardness, this is done on request or specific specifications. Your parts can be decontaminated, passivated, nitrided, carburized, HF quenched.
