At VIAL Frères, we make special forged bolts. We are able to forge screws with special heads. We can make hexagonal, bi-hexagonal (12-sided), square, rectangular, oblong, cylindrical, fishplate, round, countersunk, hexagon socket (CHC, FHC..), pyramidal, etc. head screws.

For the choice of coating either in raw parts or:

The heat treatment, which can be carried out internally for small batches and subcontracted to recognized specialists, is done according to the requirements of the ISO 898 standards. With a specific request or specification, the parts can be decontaminated, passivation, nitriding, cementation, HF quenching… to obtain surface hardness.
Bolts & special screws
At Vial Frères we offer special bolts & screws that can be hot forged, turned and rolled. The forging of screws can range from diameter Ø6 to Ø80 and up to a maximum of 750 mm in length. (it must be validated according to the diameters you want) Standards: None, made to measure…
You also have the choice on your raw material on mild steel through all quality classes: 4.6, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9 up to class 12.9, B7, B7M, L7, L7M…
According to your expectations, we can offer you different threads with ISO, UN, WHITHWORTH, BSW pitches, etc. on fine or standard pitches, or non-standard ones.

Countersunk Head Screws
