At VIAL, we are able to meet all your requests. By going from the most urgent to the most specific, we guarantee quality and traceability on all our production.

Our totally Made in France production of screws (anchor rods, threaded rods, CHC, TH, THCC screws, custom screws, etc.) complies with the standards and certificates in force in the field of forging, machining and galvanizing.

Our following areas of activity are covered by our quality management system which is certified according to the requirements of NF EN ISO 9001:
• Trading of fasteners
• Manufacturing by forging, machining, rolling and hot-dip galvanizing of fasteners 

Note : We work according to customer plans or standards, and therefore do not realize design and development in our activities

• Manufacture, testing and delivery of bolts (screw rods, screws, nuts and free-cutting parts) according to customer drawings, for the Aeronautics, Railway, Nuclear and Petrochemical industry.

Laboratory of control

At VIAL Frères, we have our own internal control laboratory to ensure the proper conformity of the special screws and bolts that we produce. It is equipped with :

– Portable device for measuring surface conditions (roughness)
– Projector profile
– Hardness measurement
– Slide-out feet
– Palmer
– Control pads and rings 

We are also able to carry out on your request additional controls such as: ultrasonic tests, penetrant testing, magnetoscopy, tensile tests, resilience, hardness …
